... PunkBuster and Steam. If you have "Steam Community In-Game" feature enabled (overlay which can be activated by pressing F5 by default) PB will kick you out. Only way to get it working is to stop using this feature (Settings/In-Game/Enable Steam Community In-Game) or stop using Steam.
